I think heartland is the only site that have a flyball box plan. http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Ranch...
However, is a old style plan. Don't think it can even be used in competition anymore. But for practice purpose it might do.
You can also ask your local flyball club if you can look at their flyball box and get dimensions off from it, if you want to build one.
Options:
The cost of building one is very expensive too. Definitely over $100. You might want to check into buying an old box from a club that have upgraded to new ones. Sometimes you can find a good deal on a box that way.
Another suggestion is building a shoot. Very few flyball dogs start of on the box anyway. Most of them start teaching fetch and box turn off the shoot. It's also easier to build and a lot cheaper to build too. Just something to think about. Here is a site where you can find a plan if you choose to go this direction. http://www.i-flyball.com/equip.asp?DirPa...
