My feet hurt in my ice skates really bad. What do i do?

- also CCM skates are typically have a skinny boot on them. if you have a wide foot that's gonna cause a lot of pain.
- if it's you arch that's in pain i would recommend getting superfeet before changing skates. these are simply the best insoles available on the market, and they have ones specifically for hockey...check them out, if you live somewhere near a national sports they sell them. if you do decide to get superfeet make sure that you get your skates re-molded with them, since they do mold to your foot. here is the link...http://www.superfeet.com/
- the last hope would be to get your skates re-molded and hope for the best. if you get your skates baked again be sure that you kick your foot all the way to the back. make sure your laces are done up as tight as possible. and make sure that as your waiting for them to cool remain seated, and make sure they are fully cool before taking them off.
hope that helps somewhat, best of luck
Here's a website with some basic tips:

I simply bought gel liners for my shoes and then put them in my skates.worked wonders for my arch discomfort.
I am presuming you don't need info about size and manufacturers of different styles of skates.
I couldn't afford to keep buying skates recommended by other people who could wear rubber boots seven days a week without pain.
