  • I was wanting to get some advice on earlobe gauging. I am up to a 6 gauge and am not sure whether I should stop at this point. I am in grad school to be a social worker/shrink so I am not one of those people who can do just anything as far as looks. I mean, I can't get tatts below my elbows or from my neck up if I want to be employable. So, I was wondering, should I stop at a 6 gauge or should I go up one more time, maybe to a 4 and then stop? I don't want to get to the point to where if/when I have to pull the earrings out that there is a huge, gaping hole that gets a bunch of attention. Neither do I want it to be where the gauge size is so big that the earring is distracting. I know I am not going to go to a 0 gauge by any question. What do you think? I was just wondering/wanting some advice from others

  • i would stop there because most employers dont want big earrings on men so just stop and leave it be and after you get hired then do it they cant say much after you allready work there and your good at what you do

  • I'd say go for it. You can always take them out at work. And as far as the tattoos down to the wrists..there's always long sleeve shirts and turtlenecks.
